Planning for a property outside the city
With a country property, good preparation starts before materials arrive. We ask about the address, access to the house and the areas where work is needed. Details such as where materials can be unloaded or stored help shape a sensible plan, particularly when repairs involve outdoor surfaces as well as rooms inside.
Sun-exposed paving, a tired pool edge or damaged roof tiles may need different treatment from interior wear. We look at each concern on its own merits and discuss which jobs are connected. There is little value in refinishing a ceiling if an unresolved leak above it is likely to spoil the new plaster.
Keeping control when the house is not occupied
If you visit only part of the year, you should not have to organise a separate journey for every material choice. We can discuss options remotely, buy and collect materials with your approval and let trades into the property. You retain one point of contact and receive an itemised quote in your language.
Photo and video updates by WhatsApp allow you to see progress and ask questions while the job is under way. We can also arrange a final video walk-through for sign-off before handover. Let us know whether anyone is staying at the house, whether we need to arrange key access and which repairs concern you most. For work requiring municipal paperwork, we help you check what is needed rather than treating a rural address as an exception to the rules.
