Your home, wherever you are
English-speaking builders in Valencia for owners abroad
You do not need to travel to Spain for every repair decision. We help overseas owners manage work in Valencia with one point of contact and an itemised written quote in their language. From arranging access to reviewing the finished work by video, we keep you involved without needing you at the property.
Four steps to managing the work remotely
- 1
Agree keys and access
We agree how to access the property, hold keys where needed and let the trades in on your behalf.
- 2
Approve the materials
We help you choose materials, then buy and collect them with your approval so the agreed choices reach the property.
- 3
Follow progress from home
Regular photos and videos by WhatsApp show the work as it develops. Video calls let us explain details and discuss decisions together.
- 4
Review and sign off
We arrange a final video walk-through so you can review the agreed work and sign off before handover.
Start with a clear scope, not a vague instruction
Send the property address, photographs and a short account of the problem or the changes you want. Tell us whether anyone is staying there and who currently has keys. We can discuss the work and arrange access for an assessment before preparing a free written quote.
An itemised scope gives both sides something clear to work from. It separates the agreed repairs from optional improvements and helps identify material choices before buying begins. If the work needs town hall paperwork, we help you check what is required. Apartment alterations may also need approval from the comunidad de propietarios.
One conversation, with the right people involved
Bradley is the main contact for English speakers. Lucia brings local knowledge of Valencia and Spanish trades, while Bjorn brings his building experience from Amsterdam. The team speaks English, Dutch, German and Spanish, making it easier to explain a detail in your preferred language and keep instructions consistent.
Remote working should leave you informed, not guessing. We can show details by photo or video and use calls when a decision needs discussion. If something unexpected is uncovered, we explain it so the next step can be agreed. At the end, the video walk-through lets you review the work and raise questions before handover. Key access, material approvals and progress updates are all part of the plan we discuss with you, rather than assumptions left until you are back in Spain.
