Cooling planned around your home
We assess room sizes, sunlight, insulation and how you use the property before discussing a suitable installation. Indoor positioning matters for comfort, while the outdoor unit needs appropriate ventilation and access. We also consider the pipe route, condensate drainage and electrical supply rather than treating these as afterthoughts.
For an existing system, tell us whether it has stopped cooling, developed a smell, started dripping or become unusually noisy. Those symptoms can have different causes. We investigate before recommending a repair or replacement, and explain what is included in the proposed work.
Heat, humidity and coastal exposure
Valencia’s hot summers and humid spells can make a poorly performing unit particularly frustrating. Dirty filters and restricted airflow may reduce performance, while blocked condensate drains can cause indoor leaks. Salt air near the coast can also contribute to corrosion of exposed components.
In older apartment buildings, the proposed outdoor position may involve shared walls, façades or community rules. We flag these questions before installation. A bigger unit is not automatically the right answer, so we discuss room conditions and intended use rather than promising results from capacity alone.
A clear quote and an understandable handover
We arrange a visit, review access and provide a free, itemised written quote in your language. You have one point of contact for questions about equipment, installation and making good. Any additional work discovered during the job is discussed before it becomes an unexpected decision.
Bradley is the main contact for English speakers, supported by a team that also speaks Dutch, German and Spanish. If you are abroad, we can hold keys, arrange access and send WhatsApp photos or videos. At handover, we explain the controls, basic filter care and drainage checks. We are fully insured, our work is guaranteed, and we cover homes within about an hour of Valencia.
Before the visit, send pictures of the current units and the rooms you want to cool. Let us know whether the property is occupied throughout the year or mainly during holidays. This gives us a useful starting point for discussing comfort, access and the level of work involved.
