If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we also receive the contact details and information you share in that conversation. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed to discuss the work.
Why we use your information and the legal basis
We use your information to answer your enquiry, discuss the proposed work and prepare a quote. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, that is our legal basis for the processing needed to handle your request. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it by contacting us, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to deal with your request and any related follow-up.
