We also discuss edge trims, movement joints and junctions with other materials. The written quote sets out what is included and identifies related work that needs separate attention.
Terraces, heat and heavy autumn rain
Strong summer sun and changes in temperature put outdoor surfaces through repeated expansion and contraction. Loose or cracked tiles may indicate movement, poor bonding or problems underneath. We assess the wider area before assuming that replacing one tile will solve the issue.
