Tasks can include removing surface debris, brushing, vacuuming and checking water balance. Accessible baskets and filtration components are considered as part of the plan, rather than treating water appearance as the only measure of care.
Cloudiness, algae or debris build-up may need more than a single clean. We explain what the water checks suggest and whether equipment needs further attention. If there are damaged fittings, loose tiles or signs of water loss, we flag them separately so routine cleaning is not confused with a repair service.
Summer heat, hard water and storm debris
Strong sunlight, warm water and heavier swimming use can change a pool’s maintenance needs. In the Valencia area, hard water may also leave scale around the waterline and equipment. Treatment should respond to the pool’s readings and system, not simply repeat a fixed dose regardless of conditions.
Autumn gota fría storms can introduce dirt and debris, while periods without use can let problems develop unnoticed. Villas used for holidays need a care plan that reflects how the property is occupied. We discuss what should be checked between owner visits and flag visible changes, rather than assuming an empty house means an inactive pool.

We explain any practical care needed before you return and distinguish a cosmetic issue from one requiring further investigation. Cleaning alone cannot establish structural soundness or guarantee safe water without appropriate checks. We are fully insured, our work is guaranteed, and we work within about an hour of Valencia.
